Washington, DC – The Bipartisan Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues, co-chaired by Congresswoman Lois Frankel (D-FL) and Congresswoman Susan Brooks (R-IN), will hold a media avail on Wednesday, May 3^rd immediately following a Women’s Caucus meeting with VA Secretary David Shulkin.

During Wednesday’s meeting, Secretary Shulkin will hear from Members of the caucus about how the VA can improve services for women veterans, including through expanded access to women-specific health care at VA clinics.  Immediately following the meeting, Members of the caucus and VA Secretary David Shulkin will hold a media avail, where they will answer questions about the topics discussed at the meeting.  Members of the media, please RSVP to rosie.hilmer@mail.house.gov if you plan to attend the media avail.
