H.R.7, the so-called No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, takes away tax benefits from families and small businesses, including tax deductions and premium tax credits to help pay for health care, if their insurance plan covers abortion and makes permanent the federal law that prohibits federal money from covering abortion care. The legislation is a radical assault on women’s health care.
