Congressional Art Competition

We are now accepting submissions for the 2024 Congressional Art Competition! If you’re interested in participating or plan to submit your artwork, please fill out the 2024 Student Information & Release Form.

Every spring, the U.S. House of Representatives sponsors a national high school arts competition known as the Artistic Discovery Contest. This initiative is designed to recognize and nurture the artistic talents of our nation’s youth, as well as those within Florida’s 22nd Congressional District. Established in 1982, the Congressional Art Competition has since involved over 650,000 high school students across the country in a showcase of creativity and skill.

The contest is open to all high school students within our District. Click here if you need to verify the Congressional District your school is in. The winner’s artwork will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol alongside the winning entries from participating districts nationwide.
