I will always stand by Israel, and I am committed to ensuring our ally has the resources and support needed to defend herself and maintain peace and security. In Congress, I support funding every year for Israel’s defense systems, and in recent months, I have been proud to help pass vital legislation to send Israel emergency aid as she works to defeat Hamas following its deadly attack on Israel on October 7.

I am also alarmed by the disturbing rise of antisemitism across our country. I am proud to serve on the Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism and to support the Countering Antisemitism Act, which would increase federal resources for monitoring and countering antisemitism. We must continue to invest in programs that not only prevent and respond to antisemitism nationwide and around the world, but also promote education and awareness about antisemitism. Hate has no place in our country or anywhere.
