Washington, DC – Today, Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-21) released the following statement after the House voted to pass the Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act of 2021.
“When we send our troops to war, we must care for their health when they return,” said Rep. Frankel. “Today, the House of Representatives upheld this commitment by passing the Honoring Our PACT Act to ensure military veterans exposed to environmental hazards and toxic substances during their service, including burn pits, have access to the quality VA health care they need, and deserve.”
