Frankel Announces Availability of Presidential Inauguration Tickets

WASHINGTON, DC – Today Congresswoman Lois Frankel announced that her office will conduct a lottery for constituents who are interested in obtaining standing tickets for the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC on January 20. The lottery will take place Wednesday, December 7, and all participants will be notified thereafter. One-hundred and sixty tickets will be available.

Interested constituents who live in the new 21st Congressional District may apply. Persons can find out if they reside in District 21 by reviewing their most recent voting card, visiting this map, or calling our office. If you live in another district, please contact your congressperson. For those who have already requested tickets, your names will be included in the lottery.

If you have not yet requested your tickets, please contact our office at 202-225-9890 or 561-998-9045 by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 7. Each individual can request up to two tickets. Tickets must be picked up from the DC office located at 1037 Longworth House Office Building from January 17 through January 19.

Please note: The weather in Washington DC is very cold in January and attendees should expect to be standing in frigid weather for many hours and encounter unusually large crowds. Travel arrangements may be difficult and, sorry, our office cannot assist in any reservations for flights or accommodations.
