WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Today, Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-21), announced grants from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to support two programs at the center of Palm Beach County’s vibrant arts culture: the Norton Museum of Art and the Palm Beach Opera.

“The arts play important roles in our lives, reflecting our common humanity. It brings joy to people's lives and jobs to local communities,” said Frankel.

• Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, $20,000: To support an art exhibition that includes educational programming.
  
• Palm Beach Opera, West Palm Beach, $10,000: To support performances of Mozart's “Le Nozze di Figaro” and related education and community engagement programs.
