Today, Congresswoman Lois Frankel (FL-21) released the following statement in response to Governor DeSantis’ stop in West Palm Beach to promote the treatment of COVID-19 with Regeneron.

“Regeneron is an expensive, experimental COVID-19 treatment, and access to it should be part of our response to this virus. With that said it is urgent that we be more focused on prevention, especially since we know there are steps that we can take to stop people from getting COVID-19 in the first place,” said Rep. Frankel. “That means following CDC guidelines on mask wearing and social distancing, and most importantly, making sure that every eligible person gets their COVID-19 vaccine.”
